A smile makeover treatment plan incorporates two or more cosmetic procedures such as composite bonding, dental implants, teeth whitening, Invisalign® or same-day CEREC® crowns and veneers.
The first step to achieving a beautiful smile is an in-depth smile makeover consultation with our cosmetic dentist. Together with you, we will create a treatment plan to target your problem areas.
At Acorn Dental Care, we consider several factors when planning a smile makeover. We will examine your face shape, skin tone, hair colour, gums, and lips to ensure the results of your smile makeover enhance your overall look.
We will complete a full and thorough clinical, radiographic and photographic assessment and discuss all the options available to you to achieve the desired result. We can also produce a wax-up of the final proposed result and a simulated photo so you can see the end result before any treatment has started.
How long does a smile makeover take?
The duration of your smile makeover will depend on the combination of treatments you need to achieve the results you want. Thanks to technological advances like the CEREC® system, which allows us to produce crowns and veneers on-site, you might only need one or two visits to get the megawatt smile you have always wanted.
More extensive cosmetic work could take several weeks, while orthodontic treatments can take 12 months or more.
