Laser whitening can lighten your teeth by up to 14 shades in one 60-minute appointment.
Our dentist will begin by applying the whitening product to your teeth. They will then use a heat-generating laser to enhance its effects and speed up the process.
Laser whitening uses a high concentration of hydrogen peroxide, which can cause tooth sensitivity. There are many ways to reduce sensitivity before, during, and after the procedure, including a rubber dam to protect your gums and desensitising toothpaste.
Any sensitivity should subside within 48 hours of the procedure.
You can keep your smile bright with proper maintenance and periodic touch-up treatments. We expect your laser whitening results to last 12-18 months, as long as you refrain from smoking or consuming foods and drinks that stain teeth.
