Inman Aligner (Braces)

The appearance of your front teeth can make or break the attractiveness of your smile. Crooked teeth have a negative impact on your overall appearance, especially if the affected teeth are located in the front of your mouth – where they can readily be seen whenever you open your mouth to smile, or even to speak.

The idea of having to go through orthodontic treatment to improve the appearance of crooked teeth may not be that appealing to everyone, especially since most orthodontic treatments take a long period of time to be completed – and causes a lot of disruptions in normal daily activities. The Inman Aligners gives you an opportunity to get your front teeth straightened in just six to 18 weeks – so you can proudly flash beautiful smiles whenever you wish to do so.

Inman Aligner Introduction Video

What is an Inman Aligner?

The Inman Aligner is a removable orthodontic appliance that is used to safely and quickly move crooked front teeth into a more properly aligned position. The aligner can be used on its own as an orthodontic treatment, or can also be used in combination with other cosmetic treatments, such as dental veneers or dental bonding. The Inman Aligner works its magic in just six to 18 weeks, depending on the teeth straightening treatment that needs to be done; your dentist will be able to give you a clear idea of the time frame needed for your specific orthodontic need.

How Does the Inman Aligner Work?

The Inman Aligner will need to be worn for about 16-20 hours a day, on a daily basis, for the orthodontic treatment to work properly. The discreet aligner is made up of nickel titanium coil springs that provide power to two aligner bows; these aligner bows, in turn, move in opposing directions that gently guide the teeth into a more properly aligned position over a course of treatment spanning six to 18 weeks.

The movement of the teeth will need to be checked every two to three weeks by the dentist, to make sure that the orthodontic treatment is going as planned. The gentle forces exerted by the springs and the aligner bows work over an extensive range of movement – the reason why the Inman Aligner works on the teeth straightening in a quicker manner (when compared to other orthodontic treatment).

Who Will Benefit from an Inman Aligner?

The Inman Aligner is suitable for those who want to straighten mild overcrowding or protrusion of the front teeth, in a safe, discreet, and quick way. It is important to have a certified Inman Aligner dentist check on your suitability for the treatment, to determine your eligibility for the Inman Aligner system.

Benefits of Using the Inman Aligner

  • The Inman Aligner is guaranteed to provide teeth straightening improvement for the front teeth in as short as six to 18 weeks (depending on the severity of the problem, and how long the aligner is worn on a daily basis); this time frame is much shorter compared to that associated with other orthodontic treatments.
  • Although not entirely “invisible”, the Inman Aligner provides a discreet way of straightening teeth compared to the use of traditional metal braces.
  • The Inman Aligner is removable, making easier to clean the mouth and maintain good oral hygiene while the orthodontic work is being undertaken.
  • The Inman Aligner is a more cost effective orthodontic treatment compared to invisible braces, or traditional metal braces.
